Vic Sotto was put on the spot in an interview with ABS-CBN’s “TV Patrol” on Thursday, when he was asked to confirm reports that he is currently dating television host Pauleen Luna.
Sotto evaded questions about his relationship with the 23-year-old Luna, instead diverting the topic by explaining the actress' role in the 2011 Metro Manila Film Festival entry “Enteng ng Ina Mo.”
“Speaking of Pauleen, meron siyang cameo role dito sa pelikula. Importante 'yung role ni Pauleen dito, pero pagkatapos nu’n, hanggang doon na lang ‘yon,” he said.
But the question asked by many after rumors circulated that the two are dating is: What is Luna’s role in the 57-year-old actor’s life?
The issue linking Sotto with Luna went viral on Wednesday, following reports that they are dating.
Philippine Star columnist Ricky Lo said that the two are now officially an item, citing a source close to both parties.
